Mat Class Prep Special - 3 Private mat sessions for $150. These three sessions give you the opportunity to learn fundamentals, and prepare privately with a trainer for mat class programming. This allows new students to enter mat class with confidence, comfort, and familiarity. Please call the studio to schedule.
