Cancellation Policy - As a reminder to our clients, All private sessions and duets require a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for cancellation, in order to avoid being charged. Please be respectful of your trainer and give them as much advance notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. In order to cancel a session, you must communicate directly with your trainer by phone or text message. Please do not e-mail the studio or call the studio phone for private session cancellations. Please understand that our business is dependent upon income from the commitments of our clients, therefore we must enforce our cancellation policy. Thank you in advance for your mindfulness in these matters.

Duet Cancellation Policy – In the event that you must cancel a duet session, please communicate with both your trainer AND your duet partner with as much prior notice as possible. With more than 24 hours advance notice, the cancelling duet partner will not be charged, and the remaining duet partner will have the option to cancel the session with no charge, or upgrade to a private session for an additional fee. Please communicate your choice to your trainer as soon as you can prior to the session. With less than 24-hours notice, the cancelling party must forfeit their session, and the remaining duet partner will receive a private session at no additional charge.

Special Programming Cancellation Policies –All workshops require a non-refundable pre-payment to reserve a space. More than 24-hours notice will be required to cancel and receive a partial refund. This varies, depending upon the teacher and the programming, but most workshops will require up to 72-hours advance notice for cancellation. Make-up sessions are not available for missed enrollment classes (including the Beginner Series', etc.).

Package Expirations – 10-class package – 3 months Package of 5 private sessions – 3 months Package of 10 private sessions – 6 months Package of 6 duet sessions – 3 months In the event of an extenuating circumstance, such as hospitalization, special arrangements may be made to re-set package expirations.

Snow Policy – We do not close the studio, or cancel classes or private sessions due to snow, under normal circumstances. You can always check the current class schedule on our web site, and any class cancellations should be posted by at least one hour prior to the class start time. As for private sessions, our cancellation policy is a minimum of 24 hours notice, so please touch base with your trainer directly by phone the day before, or with as much notice as possible, if you foresee an issue making it to your session due to snow. Also, please be alert and aware as you enter the building during snow season. Our landlord is diligent to clear the parking lot and salt it for our safety; however, there are still some slick spots to watch out for. Please be in your feet, and be particularly aware of the wooden walkway when you are entering from the back parking lot; it ices over frequently.
