Mind/Body Personal Training is a fusion of traditional western exercise methods, with the fundamental principles of mind/body discipline. Synergy training programs are executed one-on-one with a mind/body oriented personal trainer, and are highly individualized. Assessments may or may not be conducted, depending upon the client's disposition. Emphasis will always be put upon identifying practical and enjoyable methods of fitness and wellness that may be folded into the client's lifestyle. If appropriate, this could include components from strength and weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional and body weight resistance training, core stabilization and strengthening, balance and agility training, or even sport-specific cross-training. All programs will include a focus on breathing, stretching, body awareness and relaxation.
