In the spirit of returning to class, Synergy is extending it's Summer Incentive Program until August 31.
Simply attend any 4 sessions of any kind at Synergy in any given calendar week, and receive a free class on your account!

*Please Note: The 5:30 Magic Circle Class will not meet on Tuesday, August 10.

New to the studio? Or not sure if your are comfortable in mat class at this time? Call the studio to schdedule a free consultation, or to schedule your Mat Class Prep sessions (3 for $120). Or check out the package options for beginners on our web site.
Now Enrolling for Fall Equipment Class - We are also taking enrollment the fall Pilates Equipment Class to begin in September. For your safety, this class requires prior experience with the equipment --a minimum of 3 private equipment sessions at Synergy. If you are interested in this class, please call the studio for enrollment details, or to schedule your Equipment Class Prep sessions (3 for $150). Equipment class pricing - $25 for walk-in or $100 for a 5-pack .
Mid-Day Yoga Class sticking around for Fall! The response has been so good this summer, we have decided to keep this class on the regular schedule! Get a mid-day boost for your mind, body & spirit! Release stress and tension, and refocus your energies for the afternoon's activities. Begin with deep yogic breathing, carry it through your movement practice, and finish with a time of relaxation/meditation. Students are invited to join in simple breath-connected sequences, or to hold poses if they wish. Work at your own level. Wednesdays at noon.
NEW! Mind, Body & Ball class - This class combines yoga and Pilates-based breath and body awareness techniques with strength training and sculpting techniques on the stability ball. Build strength in your bones and muscles. Leave feeling stretched and refreshed. All levels welcome.
Deep, Strong & Free
Enhance your journey toward develpment of a deep mind, strong body, and free spirit. A casual and relaxed atmosphere for learning, sharing and personal growth. Group discussion followed by a themed practice session. Facilitated by Petti Groth. Upcoming topics include:
- The Power of Stillness (Yin yoga - long-hold floor poses for deep release)
- Your Energy Body (Discussion of the yogic anatomy, and exercises for balancing chakra energies),
- A Pilates Primer (Classsical matwork followed by archival video footage of Joseph Pilates)
